Terms of service

You need to be at least 16 years old and able to enter into an agreement where you live. One account belongs to one person: keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else uses your account.

Coursevisor is for your own studying. You may not resell it, share your account, or use it to build a competing service. Do not upload material you have no right to upload, and do not try to break, overload, or automate against the service.

Your university decides what counts as acceptable help with your work. Coursevisor is built to help you understand the material; submitting generated text as your own may break your institution's rules, and that is yours to check.

You keep ownership of the courses, notes, files, and conversations you put into Coursevisor. You give us permission to store, process, and show that material back to you, which is what running the service requires — nothing more. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

You can export a copy or delete your account at any time from Settings. The privacy policy describes what is stored and for how long. Read the privacy policy

Coursevisor generates text. Generated text can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, including when it cites your own course material. Check anything that matters against the source.

It is study help, not academic, legal, medical, or financial advice. What you submit, rely on, or hand in remains your decision and your responsibility.

There is a free plan and a paid plan called Pro. Each one includes a daily and a weekly allowance for the AI features: the tutor, generated flashcards and quizzes, summaries, and the course refreshes Coursevisor runs in the background for you.

When an allowance is spent, AI replies pause until it resets — the free plan also stays on the built-in model rather than the full model picker. Everything else keeps working: your courses, files, notes, calendar, grades, and attendance are never held back by an allowance. See plans and allowances

Pro is a subscription. It costs $12 a month or $96 a year, in USD, charged before each period. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time — cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payment is handled by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for the sale and issues your receipt. Any tax is calculated and shown before you pay.

If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Email us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Read the refund policy

We add, change, and remove features as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel and take a refund of the unused part of your period.

We also update these terms from time to time. The date at the top changes, and we email you about anything material before it applies.

You can stop at any time by cancelling Pro or deleting your account in Settings.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we tell you why. If we close your paid account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your period.

Coursevisor is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights where you live.

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, where Coursevisor is operated. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live.
